Ever hear of a belief level? How about a hierarchy of beliefs? I don’t believe that beliefs are instantly changed, like some appear to believe. I do believe that they’re changeable, like any learned behavior, over time. How about you? What do you believe about beliefs? If it’s constricted solely to religion, there’s a huge point missing out of this so let’s switch up the words a little bit.

What do you trust is going to happen tomorrow? What do you absolutely know without a doubt that you’ll be doing when you’re done reading this fine demonstration of writing? How about when you get up in the morning? Are you aware of what your subconscious beliefs are? There’s a saying that goes like this:

“We first make our habits, and then our habits make us.” – John Dryden”

I confirmed beyond my belief about beliefs that beliefs are a mental habit. Like all habits they can be changed over time.

“Neurons that fire together wire together” – Joe Dispenza

On associative memory, if you’d like to create a new habit, you can link it to something else. I like introducing a new scent to do this, along with affirmations, when I’m creating new habits.

Like everything on this blog, you don’t have to believe it’s true to experiment with it and see for yourself. Practicing faith when there’s widespread disappointment is a great way to possess attributes that are not common but necessary. Are you willing to do something if it’s true but not agreed upon?
